In the two-year-old provision we focus on the three prime areas. These three areas are crucial for a child’s learning and development. These three prime areas are: Personal, social and emotional development, communication and language and Physical development.

Our dedicated Early years practitioners create a calming, safe and stimulating environment in which the children are encouraged to play and explore. We pride ourselves in developing strong bonds with the children that allow us to plan and personalise their learning. We work closely with parents to continue familiar home routines and help support with toilet training.

We offer Nursery provision for children aged 2 upwards. Children can do am/pm sessions or full days. They can access our extended services (before and after school provision), for working parents this gives the opportunity for children to attend from 8:30am-6:00pm.

We currently offer think 2 funded places, paid places and childcare vouchers. (Please see Funding links below for further information).

Funded education for 2 year olds - Staffordshire County Council

From April 2024 working parents will be entitled to 15 free funded ours for children aged 2.
